BBC at time

I have been a frequent visitor to the BBC site in the last few months. There are many catchy captions but this one belts it

Also , there are there banks with security holes , so no wonder

 

I wonder, what the people will think, when they read one of the best captions for 1990’s when Bill was asked, “Why do you think, the average American will go down on their knees after all this?”
