This looks like a whole bunch of people working dedicated to get it working. There are number of questions and a lot of puzzles too. Slowly the art of asking questions will rest on the employers choice of aptitude that correctly catches the persons view point. When in need of an employee with a good retention power these questions can come in handy as all they do is ask questions which have a standard solution.
If there were alternate solutions to most of them, it might have had a better impact. Still, this site currently ranks on top of the other site , due to the inlinks it has, which is the best criteria for the Google page rank algorithm that we know.
