Since my last article was all about Keyword pages, I believe that I should write something about spamdexing and doorway pages.
Spamdexing as you may know is the art of spamming the indices of the Search Engines to gain prominence in their websites. With money making with Google developing into an art form where they sleep while the bank accounts fatten don’t you ever think that they are not aware of all the hacks that come to your mind every day. It is now more than 5 years they have been tracking websites , spammers and stuff like that . With my Gmail account seldom getting any spam I believe that Spammer have met their match.
Doorway pages (courtesy : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doorway_page) which are also called , portal pages, bridge pages, zebra pages .
There are hundreds of products out there which make doorway pages for you, These pages have some thing called the meta refresh . Don’t you remember times when you clicked on some page and it tool you a page that was irrelevant or had some amount of content in it. They then refresh to the original page or have direct links to the desired page. This is now becoming increasingly popular with SEO back hatters. More on SEO black hats later.
Try googling for doorway page generators and you will find a lot of information on sites that provide you the same.
